Return & Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
• At least 95% of the perfume must remain in the bottle.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.
• Samples and testers are not eligible for return or exchange.
• The product must not be damaged, used excessively, or altered by the customer.

You may request a return or exchange if

• The product received is damaged, defective, stained, or incomplete.
• The product does not match your order.
• The quantity received is different from the quantity ordered.
• You are not satisfied with the fragrance and wish to request a replacement.

How to Apply for a Return

To request a return or exchange, email us at magnifiscent96@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. Please include your order details and the reason for return.

Once our customer support team approves your request, you will be asked to send the parcel back to our perfume studio in Lahore.

Important Note

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process your request within 5-7 working days. During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days for your return or exchange to be processed.
